Processed Food Challenge







I found a picture on Pinterest about not eating certain food each month so you can be bikini ready. When reading this picture it got me thinking, I should try this. I didn't just want to try it  because of the bikini body that is just an extra added bonus:). But it is a good idea and I am going to try and do it and I hope you will too. I know it seems a little scary at first but it should not be to bad and we can do it together. I will do my best to think of things that can substitute for those months. Plus think how much better you will feel after taking these horrible processed foods out. The whole reason to do this is to get you healthy and make you feel better not worse.

If you are a junkie for one of these months you could even not feel good the first week. When I changed my diet completely I didn't feel good at all and did not understand why! Well this is why because your body is detoxing. It is cleansing its self from all the bad you have been putting in it for so long and not use to this pure healthy food. But you feel so much better after your body gets use to it. Oh and by the way I have lost 2 more pounds just from eating healthy :) I am now at 133 YAY! 3 pounds away from my original weight and 13 pounds away from my goal weight. Don't forget I started at 145 two months ago and have not worked out one day since.
 So are you ready? Well go have as much fast food as you can because December 1st is right around the corner:)

December: Fast Food
January:Alcohol - mostly made with corn=GMOs
February: Candy/Chocolate
March: Juice & Soda
April: Red Meat
May: All Sweets
June: Carbs & Sugars

Are you a little nervous? Its okay I am too but we can do this together! So lets give it a try!
