Chicken and Wild Rice Copy Cat from Panera

If you are using organic wild rice rinse of the rice and then put three cups of water in a pot and one cut of rice and half a teaspoon of salt let come to a boil then turn down to a simmer and cover for 45-60 minutes. All the water should be mostly absorbed. cut up a cup each of onions, celery, and carrots. One minced clove of garlic and sauté in a pan( or Dutch oven) until soft to touch about 10 minutes. Add 32 oz of chicken broth and salt & pepper bring to a low boil. Add about 2-medium raw chicken breasts cubed to the mixture let the chicken cook it shouldn't take long then add the rice and a little bit 1/4-1/2 cup of half and Half eye ball it and add a teaspoon ish of parsley let heat up for about 2-5 minutes . I hope this is right I eye balled mostly everything and made my own I hope you like it:)
