1/2 cup of mayo(your choice) this can affect your flavor. So adjust as needed.
1 & 1/2 tbsp of milk. Try almond unsweetened
1/2 tsp of yellow mustard
1/8 tsp of salt
1/8 tsp of pepper
1/2 tbsp of dill
1/8 of a tsp of red pepper flakes crushed.
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp parsley
Mix all together well and enjoy
These are not all approximate because I didn't measure when I made it just guesstimates.
