Makers Market Follow Up.

Anthony and I went to Ann Marie Gardens on Saturday and it wasn't what I was really hoping for. The only thing that was interesting there were three different booths. One was a bath and body that had ,homemade, dye free, and half to mostly organic ingredients, with chap sticks lotions and body scrubs. The next had homemade organic herbs and jellies. Lastly there was a stand selling fruits, vegetables, honeys, and jams. I didn't stop to ask if they were organic or not. I was pretty disappointed but I guess it's a start right?:)

We later went across the bridge to the little farmers market well no one was there. I was confused so I called my grandmother and asked her where they were suppose to be? Well she said that the farmers market is only there from beginning of March until the end of October for convince for there customers. But if you would like to buy from one local organic farm it is in Lexington Park. Evenstarfarm

Here is a quick not so organic recipe but remember one step at a time. It is a hard change and trust me I understand. I still eat pizza I shouldn't and unhealthy food. But as long as you are at the least slowly working it in to your diet that's the most important thing. Just take it one step at a time bring it in little by little. Sorry for the rant anyways
I made fish from Trader Joe's I believe it was Alaskan Wild Caught Cod. I deep fried it and he had brown rice with some soy sauce on it. I did an egg wash and then put it in these spices and flour. Let it deep fry in Vegetable Oil i know that's bad should have used something else. I added some sea salt and it was great!!:) Hope this helps.

Until next time
